• Service Fee Structure: Tournament Administration & Logistics Fee at a fixed rate of R150.00 per player, per event.
• Financial Compliance & Settlement: All event registrations are captured via the Tornelo platform, with fee payments processed securely through the official PayStack link provided on the Tornelo registration page. No manual or cash reconciliation is handled on-site.
